LDOCEでport，harbor（harbour），bayを調べてみました。
port：a place where ships can be loaded and unloaded
harbour：an area of water next to land where the water is calm, so that ships are safe when they are inside it
bay：a part of the sea that is partly enclosed by a curve in the land
これをみると，portは船の役目に焦点が当てられ，harborは海の状況がニュアンスに含まれることがわかります。bayはそもそもseaなのですね。ちなみにWeb siteで調べたところ，正式にはportを採用しているようです。それから，お土産は「黒船ハーバー」。
