Sushi in Nebraska

There are some sushi restaurants near the campus. Yesterday, four of us went to one of them called “Blue Sushi”.

I assumed that sushi in the center of America can't be not fresh, but it was totally different from my expectation! One of my friends from Nebraska worried if sushi in Lincoln met the Japanese high standard.

It might seem to be weird because avocado was used as something to roll up sushi, instead of nori. It tasted like avocado salmon which is commonly seen in Japan. I am not good at reporting tastes even in Japanese. I am going to leave it to your imagination…(WREN@Nebraska)
