気になったのはdimple / dímpl / です。『ジーニア英和辞典』で調べると「えくぼ」「（地面の）小さなくぼみ」とあります。こちらは動詞として使用することもできます。またLDOCEでは“a small hollow place on your skin, especially one on your cheek or chin when you smile” “a small hollow place in a surface”と定義されていました
。似ている単語にpimpleがありますがこちらは「吹き出物，にきび」を意味します。一緒に抑えておきたいです。(Kiwi girl)
