S先輩から受け取ったこと

　Yesterday, we had a special guest, Mr. S. He graduated from Senshu University. Now he is taking a PhD course in America.
　We learned a lot from his talks. The most inspiring story (as far as I'm concerned) is the way he maintained his motivation. He said the key to success to anything is set three goals; short-range goals, medium-term goals and long range goals. These goals help keep every motivation. And his talk about his old times made me motivated. He practiced a lot when he was an undergrad. He listened to English conversation on way to school. He improved his English through competing against his friends who were also our senpai. He said he also enjoyed other things but I guess his attitude towards English was amazing. We have to practice harder like him.
