連日、北朝鮮関連の報道が絶えません。毎日テレビではキム・ジョンウン氏の顔が放映されております。私はニュースの内容も気になるのですが、flyingbirdさんと同じく彼の髪型が気になって仕方がなかったので、インターネットで調べてみました。
North Korean men ordered to copy Kim Jong-un's haircut
The secretive nation has issued an order requiring men to keep their hair no longer than 0.8 inches and cut their hair in a similar fashion to their glorious leader's much-mocked style.
They are being instructed to pay homage to Kim by copying his eccentric trademark swept-back bouffant with shaved sides, known in North Korea as the "ambitious" style.
It is said that in the past at least the top of the "ambitious" style could be left longer, but now even the top is cut to 2 cm or less.
Young women have been told to adopt a similar style to Kim's wife Ri Sol-ju in the form of a bob cut. Only performers are apparently allowed to grow their hair long.
Sources inside North Korea say barber shops in the capital Pyongyang are full of people hastily trying to comply for fear of repercussions, with the hairdressing profession reportedly seeing a lucrative boom.
And authorities are so keen to enforce the crackdown on long hair that University students are walking around with scissors and cutting off the hair of offenders, according to Chinese newspaper the Chosun Ibo.

Oxford Dictionary of English (Second Edition Reserved, Oxford University Press)によると、” (of a person’s hair) styled so as to stand out from the head in a rounded shape” とのことでした。
また『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第五版、大修館）で引いたところ、「（髪型などが）ふっくらした」と載っており、フランス語からできた言葉であることが分かりました。
まさにキム・ジョンウン氏の髪型にぴったりの形容詞です。
それにしても髪型までも国民に強いるとは、恐ろしい国だなと改めて思いました。（Gomez）
