Two for the road
Two for the road
Aoyama Gakuin senior Daichi Kamino makes a “two” with his fingers as he crosses the finish line Saturday in Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture, to indicate that he has finished the first day of the two-day Tokyo-Hakone Intercollegiate Ekiden in first place for the second straight year. The defending champions covered the five-stage, 107.5-kilometer course in 5 hours 25 minutes 55 seconds to take a 3-minutes 4-second lead over second-place Toyo into Sunday’s return to Tokyo.

見出しのTwo for the roadを取り上げます。
(Kawada)
PS one more for the roadはpubやバーなどから「帰途に就く前の最後のもう一杯」の意味ですが,これは関係はないでしょうね。
