Art Attack

Visitors walk through the installation “Love is Calling” (2013) by Yayoi Kusama at the exhibition “Logical Emotion: Contemporary Art from Japan” in the Art Museum Moritzburg in Halle (Saale), central Germany, Friday. The exhibition, which presents the works of 13 Japanese artists, runs through July 26.

見出しのArt attackという表現が気になりました。これは一見して誰もがわかるように，heart attackとの言葉遊びですね。Logical Emotionという展示テーマにも呼応させているのでしょうか。彼女に代表される現代日本の美術がドイツの愛好家に「衝撃」を与えてくれることでしょう。(Kawada)
