Billboard: Domestic album sales plummet to all-time low

It's a legitimate question if Nielsen SoundScan's most recent album sales report is any indication.
In the last five weeks, album sales have finally dipped below the 5 million mark, at 4.68 million for the week ending on July 28, according to Billboard.com.

今回気になったのは”all-time low”という表現です。”all-time”で「前代未聞の」という意味を表し、”all-time low”では「史上最低、最低記録」という意味になります。（Weblio）逆に「最高記録」というときは、”all-time high”を使います。(ibid)
