Osaka Toin takes Koshien title, spoils Tohoku hopes

Kosei Gakuin, which 12 hits but stranded 11 runners and hit into three double plays, was looking to become the first Tohoku school to win either of the spring or summer tournaments.
After Koike gave Osaka Toin a 2-0 lead, Kosei Gakuin tied it up in the third inning on Fumiya Hojo's RBI double and Toshiki Takeda's run-scoring single.
But Osaka Toin struck back in the bottom of the frame, with Koki Yasui's one-triple sparking a three-run rally. Osaka Toin added a pair of sacrifice flies in the seventh and eighth innings.
frameには野球用語で「イニング」という意味があります（『オーレックス英和辞典』旺文社）。in the bottom of the frameで「イニングの終わりに」と訳せますが，野球は2アウトからというのは，本当なんですね。
