Traffic gridlock in Cambridge thanks to dash for the sales

Motorists are being warned of lengthy delays in the centre of Cambridge today as shoppers flock to the sales. Heavy congestion was reported on the city’s inner ring roads due to long queues for city centre car parks. One report said drivers heading to the Grand Arcade multi-storey should allow 45 minutes to queue and find a space.
