CHIBA — Kazushi Matsuzaki, who used to prepare in-flight meals for international airline passengers, now displays his skills at a cafe-cum-nail-salon his daughters run.
Matsuzaki, 67, who was raised in Chiba, made up his mind to be a cook when he was a high school student, and after graduating, he joined an overseas airline company.
