Some thoughts on the Camp

I took part in a spring camp from March 25th to March 27th.

Looking back, I learned so many things throughout the camp. I’d like to write two things that stick out in mind.

The first one is “to change my mindsets”.
I learned this from a talk by Mr.Koyamamoto. The talk motivated me to learn English harder. I also understood the importance of making efforts. After the talk, I came to change my mindsets completely. I also made up my mind to believe that dots would be connected in the future.

The other one is “pushed output”.
Throughout the camp, English was a very essential tool for us to talk with each other. Dr. Tanabe gave us much opportunity to use English in the three days.
I really realized how output was important to learn English because I was able to get a lot of unknown words or phrases in the conversation or dictionary. Of course, input was also necessary and I thought that a balance was a key, that is, I will have to take in many English words/phrases and use as many as possible in my daily life.

Finally, I’d like to show my appreciation to Dr. Tanabe, Mr. Koyamamoto, the staffs of the seminar house and all seminar’s members.

As I said in a candle service, I’d like to make further efforts to be an excellent English speaker from now on. But I know it will not come easy. It should be done step by step.

Thank you very much for the three days. (sixth-dan)
