　取り上げるフレーズはcash in onです。表現中のcashより, 金銭に関係することが読み取れます。『リーダーズ英和中辞典』(研究社)で確認したところ, 「<口>…でもうける」「…を(十分に)利用する」とありました。Merriam-Webster.comには “to take advantage of (something) in order to make money” と定義され, “Carpenters cashed in on the construction boom.” という例が挙げられています。
