eyeballというと「目玉」を思い出しますが、ここでは違う意味で使われているようです。

『英辞郎 on the web』でも「ウェブページの訪問者数（通常複数で用いられる）」の意味を見つけました。ここでも、複数形で用いられています。

インスタグラムは「アプリ」でウェブページではないのでは？と思いましたが、写真を投稿する時はアプリを使用しますが、投稿された写真はウェブ上で見ることができるようです。(flyingbird)
