swing state#2

Oxford Dictionaries.comによると"A US state where the two major political parties have similar levels of support among voters, viewed as important in determining the overall result of a presidential election"と書かれております。 (Ume)

US election 2016: Donald Trump projected to win in Nevada

Nevada, typically a swing state with a substantial Latino population, is crucial to the election process. Hillary Clinton won the state on Saturday in the Democratic race.
Cheers erupted at the Donald Trump camp in Las Vegas as US networks started projecting the New York billionaire's victory.
The BBC's North America reporter Anthony Zurcher at a caucus site in Western High School in Las Vegas says polling there appeared poorly organised.
Voting started late, there were long queues, people did not know where to vote and there was poor ballot security, our correspondent says, although there were no visible signs of voting irregularities.
The Nevada Republican Party said there had been "no official reports of voting irregularities or violations". A Republican National Committee spokesman told Associated Press said reports of double voting were concerning.
