不正会計が行われたことが原因で，株価が下落してしまい，損害を受けたとして，15都道県にもわたる広範囲から，50人が集団訴訟を起こしたことが世間をにぎわせています。今回はUG先生から教えて頂いた「集団訴訟」を意味する英語表現を取り上げます。
