全米で話題となっているダンネモーラ刑務所脱獄事件に関するCNNの記事から。
今回のfodderもすでにブログでUG先生が採り上げられていますが，「(格好の)餌食, 消耗品, 必要を満たすだけの物[人]」という意味です（『プログレッシブ英和中辞典』小学館）。ここでは「映画の題材」とでも解釈しましょうか。
脱獄にはpower tools（電動工具）が使用されたことが明らかになっていますが，受刑者らはこれをどうやって手にいれたのでしょうか。（Koyamamoto）
