15-year-old boy arrested after hinting at drone flight during Tokyo shrine festival
A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of posting a video suggesting that he would fly a drone around a festival at Asakusa Shrine in Tokyo's Taito Ward earlier this month, obstructing the event, police said.

"There's going to a festival in Asakusa tomorrow. I'll go there. There's no notice that photography is prohibited. Festivals are free-for-alls," the boy reportedly said in the video.
