Abe departs for talks with U.S., S. Korea
On the fringe of the two-day nuclear security talks that begin Monday, Abe will hold a three-way meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama and South Korean President Park Geun-hye on Tuesday, the first opportunity for the Japanese and South Korean leader to have official talks since they assumed their posts more than a year ago.
