以前ブログでは別語義のbankをOthello先輩が取り上げられていた記事がございますので、此方もご参照頂ければと思います。bank - 田邉祐司ゼミ 常時英心：言葉の森から「盛り上がった所」が原義のbankですが、本文のbankは勿論「銀行」ではなく、「（川・湖などの）土手、堤、川岸」（『ジーニアス英和辞典 第３版』大修館）の意になります。以上簡単ではございますが確認でした。(Shou-VR*)
Explosion wounds 59 at Kyoto fireworks festival; 19 left with critical injuries
The blast occurred at a row of stalls around 7:30 p.m., just before the start of the fireworks, at the main viewing venue on the bank of the Yura River in Fukuchiyama, across from the launch site, authorities said.
