イギリスのベビーカーメーカーMacLaren（自動車メーカーのMcLarenとは別）がBMWとのいわゆる「コラボ商品」を製作しました。記事のpramはイギリス英語で「うば車，手押し車」のこと。これはもともとperambulatorの短縮されたものです。per-は「あまねく」「すっかり」を意味する接頭辞で，ambulateは「歩き回る；あちこち移動する」という意味の動詞です（『スーパーアンカー英和辞典』第4版，学研教育出版）。ちなみにアメリカ英語ではbaby carriageといいます。（Koyamamoto）
