Plan Bはおわかりの通り、「次の策、第２案」という意味ですね。Urban Dictionaryには”a 2nd plan in case Plan A doesn't work out”と定義されています。Plan C, PlanD・・・とPlan~は同じように使う事ができるようです。デベートやケーススタディ（plank Aなどとよく具体的に言う場合もあります）などでよく使われるので、意味は理解していましたが、同じ文脈にPlan Aという言葉がなくても使う事ができるという事は初めて理解しました。（EnDough）
