紅葉前線の先触れが「英心庵」のあるこの近くにも降りてきたようです。
紅葉は、ちょっと堅く言うと、autumnal tintsやtinted autumnal leavesです。しかし、autumn colorsも簡潔で良いですね。記事の文章にもリズムがあって授業なんかで使えそうですよ。（UG）

Autumn colors decorate Nikko's famed mountain road

NIKKO, Tochigi -- Leaves have reached their full autumn colors along the Irohazaka road here, in this well-known sight-seeing area.

As cool air entered the area on Nov. 2, light snow also capped the Nikko mountain range. Down the slopes, travel buses and cars moved in and out of trees of gold larches and red maples.

The autumn colors are quickly spreading down the slope and will soon reach the Shrines and Temples of Nikko, a World Heritage Site.
