注目するのは，regimenです。文脈から「食事」に近いものではないかと推測しました。辞書には「養成規則，養成計画」とありました（『ジーニアス英和辞典』第3版，大修館書店）。この単語は，「規則，由来」を意味するラテン語のregimenからきています。また英英辞書のLDOCEをひくと，

とありました。「養成」というと他にtraining, education がありますね。これらはそれぞれtraining「（スポーツ選手の）養成」，education「教育」であることを確認しておきましょう。
