まず，punは「（同音異義による）だじゃれ, 地口（じぐち）, 語呂（ごろ）合わせ」（『プログレッシブ英和中辞典』小学館）のこと。今回のjuiceにはどんな意味が掛けてあるのでしょうか。
juiceには「果汁」という意味の他に，（upを伴って）動詞で「…を活気づける；…をおもしろくする」（同上）という意味があります。ここではAppleの成長に弾みをつけるという意味で用いられています。
ちなみに，juice upには俗語で「〈バイクなどの〉馬力を上げる」（同上）という意味もあります。以前，田邉先生に似たような表現でsoup up（〈エンジン車などの〉馬力を上げる）を教えていただきましたが，英語の汁物はどうやら車の改造と関係があるみたいですね。（院生 小山本）
