Eインク？

まだ「英語教育」誌の原稿（8月号）の完成をみていませんが，四銃士がTOEIC準備のためアップアップで，記事がアップされないので，軽いものを。コンピュータ，IT関連ではどんどん新しい言葉が生み出されています。私の「電子落ち穂拾い」（e-gleaning，私の造語）からひとつ。iPadの上陸に時機をあわせて，電子書籍出版への進出を大手出版社が次々と表明しています。
A group of four companies including Sony Corp. has announced the launch of a new firm to facilitate the distribution of digital content for the emerging e-reader market, including Sony's Reader.

「E Ink 電子ペーパー」とは，紙の良さと書き換えが簡単にできる電子の長所をあわせ持った「反射型表示媒体」ですって。 アメリカのE Ink 社の商標ということです。時代は進化していますね。おじさんはついていけない。（UG）
